Collins Wharf (Regatta and Ancora), Victoria

Project Overview

Collins Wharf is a high-end dual waterfront apartment project developed by Lendlease, located on Collins Street in Melbourne’s Docklands, adjacent to the Yarra River and Victoria Harbour. Each residence in the development enjoys unique water vistas, including the harbor, river, and city skyline, providing residents with an unparalleled living experience. 

Apartment buildings Regatta and Ancora were the second and third phases of the Collins Wharf series, launched approximately five years after the completion of the first phase. 

Jinding was engaged to drive sales in Regatta and Ancora when market conditions were challenging.

Campaign Activity

• Internal training for sales agents
• Customised videos with developer interviews and on-site footage to engage prospects
• Developer representatives were invited to roadshows in China to emphasise partnership between Jinding and Lendlease
• Live-streamed boat tours and helicopter experiences to showcase the waterfront lifestyle.

Campaign Result 

• 47 contracts signed with deposits within 1 week of project launch
• Jinding sold 141 units in Regatta and Ancora
• We were awarded the Regatta 2023 Best Sales Award
