Partnership Overview

Metricon Homes is one of Australia’s largest and most successful homebuilders, operating across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia for more than 40 years.

As a key partner of Metricon (wholesale brand Metinvest) since 2016, Jinding delivers consistent sales success for the group. We sell homes across Upper Point Cook, Harpley, The Patch and Highlands – delivering more than 300 sales across 30 projects in Victoria.

Partnership Highlights 

• 2018 – Jinding named the number one sales agent in Metinvest
• 2019 March – Jinding held the biggest sales event in Metricon’s Upper Point Cook display homes
• 2019 August and November – We held 20 workshop events in partnership with Metricon in 11 cities in China resulting in 110 home sales
• End of 2019 – Jinding was named the number one sales agent again and received an outstanding achievement award.
