Project Overview 

Nightfall is the third phase of the Republic Precinct urban complex in Canberra, developed by renowned local developer Geocon. It aims to create a more modern living space for urban residents, offering a one-stop living experience through an integrated mix of apartments, amenity and retail.

Despite at the time having limited experience in the Canberra market, Jinding was engaged by Geocon in recognition of our track record to drive sales for the project.

• 89 units were reserved within three hours of the launch
