Jinding Expands Portfolio with Strategic Acquisitions in South Australia and Regional Victoria

In a significant move to enhance geographical diversification, Jinding is pleased to announce the acquisition of four new sites in South Australia and regional Victoria. These strategic acquisitions are designed to strengthen our portfolio and position us for future growth.

Details of the Acquisitions:

Tatura: A $110 million, 43-hectare site with the capacity for 400 residential lots, green space, wetlands, and local parkland. We are currently collaborating with Greater Shepparton City Council on the PSP process.

Dennington: A $140 million, 41-hectare riverfront site located at the corner of Shannon and Coglans Rd, earmarked for 500 lots.

Mount Barker: A $110 million, 22-hectare site at 20 Bradfield Lane, featuring capacity for 350 lots and parklands.

Broadford: A $320 million, 136.9-hectare site at 879 Broadford-Kilmore Road, set to be the first development under the Broadford Structure Plan, with the capacity for approximately 700 lots.

These acquisitions will collectively deliver nearly 2,000 lots to the market, strategically located in growth regions supported by robust employment, industry, and population growth. This initiative is part of Jinding’s comprehensive strategy to diversify our pipeline and manage risks associated with market fluctuations, ensuring our portfolio is well-positioned for the next market cycle.

We anticipate the first lot sales to be launched in 2025 and look forward to sharing updates on our progress with these exciting developments. Stay tuned for more news.
