The Jinding Developments division has two shortlisted projects in the recently announced UDIA Victoria Excellence Awards 2024. Our Octave project in Junction Village has been shortlisted for the Residential Subdivision Award. The 29-hectare development located in Melbourne's South East is the first completed project for Jinding. The community includes 321 lots, 21% environmentally sensitive green spaces and is sold out. Urban planner, Spiire has also been shortlisted for the Consultants Award at our project Harriott in Armstrong Creek commending their innovative masterplan design to overcome powerline and flooding challenges on site. Featuring approximately 452 land lots, 12 lifestyle allotments and a 160-lot townhome precinct, Harriott continues to offer an incredibly diverse product mix to buyers in Armstrong Creek.
