Her leadership in recruitment and management across Victoria and South Australia honed her abilities to guide and inspire teams effectively. Lauren’s in-depth knowledge of both international and Australian HR legislation, combined with her academic credentials—a bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Human Resource Management, and a Diploma in Building Design and Technology—underscore her strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
